Nissan recently revealed the Navara EnGuard concept truck at the Hannover Motor Show in Germany and enthusiasts everywhere can’t stop talking about it. This would-be emergency vehicle offers more capability and gives fans a new look at Nissan’s Intelligent Mobility vision. The Nissan Navara EnGuard concept is based on the award-winning Navara pickup or, as we know it in the United States, the Nissan Frontier.
The Navara EnGuard concept has the capability to be one of the most incredible emergency trucks to ever hit the road. This concept features two batteries that can recharged by the truck’s 2.3-liter twin-turbocharged diesel engine. The engine itself produces 187 horsepower but there’s much more to this model than meets the eye.
One of the highlights includes a DJI Phantom 4 drone that can reach an altitude of nearly 20,000 feet and display images on the truck’s 20.5-inch HD screen.
The truck’s style is something to be proud of and features a more off-road-ready look with more ground clearance than the standard Navara.
The Nissan Navara EnGuard concept could be a preview of the next-generation2018 Nissan Frontier but only time will tell if the concept will hit the production line.
Here as Valencia Nissan, we have our fingers crossed that the Navara EnGuard concept will see public roadways sooner rather than later!
